Head - Projects | Real Estate | Gurugram Location: Gurugram Experience: 18+ Years CTC - 1.65 Crores (Inclusive of Variable) We are looking for a Head - Projects to lead the overall Projects function and drive end-to-end execution across the organisation's real estate portfolio in NCR and other states. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through completion and handover. - Drive planning, costing, procurement, contracting, construction, MEP, safety and quality across projects. - Own project budgets, cost control, value engineering, vendor/subcontractor management and project governance. - Lead multiple project sites and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, safety and compliance requirements. - Drive construction processes, standardisation and adoption of BIM, ERP and construction technology. - Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, statutory authorities and other project stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with RERA, Haryana regulations, building approvals and statutory requirements. Candidate Profile: - 18+ years of experience in large-scale construction/project management. - 7 - 10+ years in senior leadership within a real estate development company. - Experience managing complete residential project cycles, preferably across high-rise developments. - Strong exposure to Gurugram/NCR projects and Haryana regulatory requirements. - Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary Projects teams covering Construction, Planning and Costing, Procurement, Contracts/Billing, MEP and Safety. - Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
