Job Description
HR Manager (AI Chip Manufacturing/ New Factory Set up, Central) The Manager of Human Resources shall serve as a business partner to all departments in areas such as strategic Human Resources planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Legistration, Performance Management, Career Planning and Training & Development.
You are required to have a deep understanding on the operations of the company and work closely with all business units to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR functions Identify and develop talents through the talent acquisition process Develop programs, policies and procedures to ensure existing HR practices are in compliance with the Employment legistration Provide innovation, practical and strategic human resources solutions that support the overall mission and core values of the company Involve in HR administration, salary and benefit programs, communications program and employee relations activities Key liaison with union Excellent vendor-management experience Oversee the manpower requisition and deployment for service partners and contract partners Administering Group insurance plans In-charge of work passes processes for foreign employees Requirements: Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in full spectrum of HR Familiarity with Semiconductor/ manufacturing organization chart (operations, EMS, Pray room, etc) for new plant set up.
Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, employee relations, union matters, and work pass applications. Comfortable liaising with counterparts in China with Mandarian Knowledge in handling expatriate relocations. Experience working with upper management and stakeholders Thank you for your interest!
