Job Description
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break) Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted Public Holidays Roles & Responsibilities Reception Excellence: Provide top-tier reception services for the General Office.
Facilitate clear lines of communication between parents, vendors, and school management staff. Delivery & Asset Management: Oversee delivery distribution workflows. Ensure accurate sorting, packing, tracking, and timely verification of school items. Student Support & First Aid: Manage sickbay operations.
Attend to injured pupils, render immediate care, and handle the formal administrative documentation for parent pickups. Records Management: Update database spreadsheets, perform data entry tasks, and keep track of daily administrative logs.
Visitor Controls: Liaison with campus security officers to screen visitor arrivals, track delivery contractors, and supervise vendor access rules. General Duties: Fulfill ad-hoc office support assignments delegated by the School Administration Managers.
Requirements
High proficiency in digital workspace tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Mail (Gmail). Fluent in spoken and written English. Multilingual proficiency is a plus. Team player with strong client-facing customer service skills and an organized approach to logistics.
Preferred Qualification: Minimum 3 years of customer service or front desk receptionist experience. Preferred Qualification: 1 or more years of working inside a local MOE school environment. Preferred Qualification: Active basic First Aid certification.
