BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Manages the planning, design, and on-site execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget Planning and Design : Review blueprints, contribute technical expertise to project designs, and check plans for constructability and safety compliance.

Site Supervision and Execution : Oversee daily site operations, conduct regular inspections, and resolve technical problems or unexpected challenges on the ground. Quality and Safety Control : Test materials, conduct quality checks, and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Cost and Resource Management : Calculate costs, prepare financial projections, manage budgets, and monitor material usage to prevent waste. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a central communication link between project managers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
