Job Description
Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability, productivity and OEE improvement. Lead automation, equipment upgrade and assembly improvement projects, including troubleshooting, tooling/fixture enhancement and process development.
Drive initiatives to improve yield, quality and production output, while supporting preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment risk assessments. Manage engineering projects, validation activities and capital expenditure, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety and environmental standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline. At least 4 years of experience in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing. Experience with assembly processes, automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
Project management and process/equipment validation experience. Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements. If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.
