Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions. Administer, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Microsoft Defender, and security/compliance features. Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for over 100 end users.
Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and technology improvement projects. Translate technical issues and solutions into clear, user-friendly communication for non-technical stakeholders. Manage firewall, network, and connectivity-related support and administration.
Requirements
Certified in Microsoft 365 Administrator and/or Azure Administrator (MS-102/AZ-104) At least 3 years of L1 & L2 support within mid-sized/larger companies. Proficiency with M365 admin tools and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
