Senior Quantity Surveyor

: Prepare contractual correspondence with Project Manager, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance with contractual timetable Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow-up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment, and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts Prepare monthly sales figures for Project Manager agreement and report monthly sub-contractor liabilities Measurement and submission of price fluctuation adjustment claims Evaluate suppliers, sub-contractors, service provider claims and analysis of variation orders Executes various types of measurements in civil works, including traffic diversion, drainage diversion, plumbing and sanitary, addition and alteration, architectural works, and reinforced concrete works Ensure insurance claims are notified promptly and claim particulars are submitted on time Prepares schedule of rates Job Requirement: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering At least 15 years of relevant experience, with main contractor experience preferred Must have LTA MRT project experience Meticulous and detailed oriented Proficient with Microsoft Application, especially in Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Other information: Working hours: 5.
