Digital Operations Specialist

Join Nike EHQ as a Digital Moments & Promotions Operations Specialist II and play a key role in delivering flawless digital experiences across EMEA. You will lead the operational execution of seasonal initiatives, promotional campaigns, and key consumer moments across more than 30 countries, ensuring a seamless journey for Nike consumers. This is a temporary assignment running until June 2027. What are you going to do? In this role, you will work within Nike Digital Platform Operations team, you'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Technology, Supply Chain, and Digital Experience to drive operational excellence and support Nike's growing digital business. You will: • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital moments, seasonal campaigns, and promotions across EMEA. • Create and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and readiness plans to ensure flawless delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on key initiatives and business priorities. • Execute and validate promotional campaigns, including testing, troubleshooting, and reporting. • Monitor assortment inclusion and exclusion lists to support accurate digital product visibility. • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure a seamless consumer experience across all Nike Digital channels and markets. What do we ask? • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital operations, retail, or operational process improvement. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for digital commerce and innovation. • Flexibility to support critical business moments, including occasional weekends and holidays.
