Movate - Data Engineer

Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Shift: General Shift Job Description: We are looking for a Data Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate should also have exposure to AI-powered tools and automation, with the ability to leverage AI to improve data engineering processes and operational efficiency. Key Skills: Strong experience in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline development. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and big data technologies such as Spark or Databricks. Good understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and data governance. Familiarity with AI/GenAI technologies and their application in automating data engineering workflows. Experience using AI tools/frameworks to enhance development, monitoring, and automation within the data ecosystem. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Copilot, LangChain, or similar AI platforms. Experience with CI/CD and modern data engineering best practices.
