Discovery Paralegal & Case Management Location: Remote – Latin America Employment Type: Full-Time English Level: Advanced to Fluent Compensation: $2,000 USD/month Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST About the Opportunity: RecLatam is hiring on behalf of a U. S.

-based law firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys with disclosure, discovery, and case management .

This position is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys keeping cases organized, tracking deadlines, reviewing case activity, and making sure important requests and responses are completed on time. The role will primarily focus on tracking and managing disclosure and discovery throughout active cases .

The firm will provide training on the applicable rules, procedures, and materials used in its workflow. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously, identifying outstanding items, analyzing discovery responses, and proactively following up to keep cases moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Disclosure Management Track disclosure and discovery requirements across an active caseload. Monitor deadlines and ensure required disclosure and discovery steps are completed on time. Initiate requests for information and supporting documentation when required.

Review and analyze responses to disclosure and discovery requests. Identify missing, incomplete, or outstanding information and follow up accordingly. Maintain accurate records of discovery activity and case status. Ensure attorneys have the information they need regarding outstanding discovery items.

Case Management Maintain organized and up-to-date case files. Track case progress, deadlines, requests, and outstanding action items. Monitor multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and urgency. Proactively identify potential delays or missing information.
