Design Manager – Data Center Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Design Manager to join our North America Design team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex design scopes for data center new builds, customer fit-outs, phased expansions, and operational upgrades.

Operating with high autonomy, you will direct multidisciplinary consultants and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, resilient, and commercially effective solutions.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Own Complex Design Scopes: Manage the end-to-end design delivery of building systems, major packages, or defined project phases from brief through construction support and commissioning handover.

Direct Consultants & Stakeholders: Lead external design consultants while coordinating developers, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and internal cross-functional partners in accordance with Iron Mountain standards. Establish Plans & Quality Control: Establish package-level design plans, deliverables, decision date
