General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities: - Lead all financial functions including Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning. - Establish and maintain strong banking and institutional relationships for working capital, term loans, and expansion funding. - Drive fundraising activities, negotiate credit facilities, and ensure cost-effective utilization of funds. - Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth. - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance. - Monitor key financial metrics including profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and ROI across business units. - Partner with the Board, and CEO to drive strategic decisions including M&A, capital allocation, and risk management. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory norms. - Drive internal financial controls and audit mechanisms for transparency and governance. - Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on automation, ERP-based reporting, and data-driven insights.
