Position: MEP Engineer, Surat Department: Infrastructure/ Construction Experience: 5 to 8 years Job Type: Full Time Number of Positions: 2 Location: Surat Skill Set: MEP Work, HVAC, Electrical Work, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV System, Civil work, GFC Drawing, BOQ, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project Job Description: Key Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of practical MEP site execution experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm and ELV systems • Strong experience in MEP execution, supervision anELVd site coordination • Ability to read and interpret MEP, Civil, Architectural and GFC drawings • Experience in BOQ, quantity checking, measurements and MEP billing • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project • Strong contractor, vendor and consultant coordination skills • Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English • Ability to independently manage MEP site activities and coordinate with multiple teams Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage MEP site execution and ensure quality and timely completion • Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural and Architectural teams • Monitor contractors, vendors, site progress, quality and project schedules • Handle testing & commissioning and snag/punch point closure • Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve site-related issues Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical Preferred Candidate Profile: An experienced MEP Engineer with strong practical site execution and coordination experience. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge and the ability to independently manage MEP execution, quality, coordination and project progress. Additional Information: • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days working) • Interview mode- F2F mandatory Required Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mech or BE Mech) ,Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EEE or BE EEE) With a giant Indian Conglomerate
