AI Engineer

Job Title : AI Engineer Experience : 3-7 Years Location : Hybrid/Onsite Domain : Healthcare (Preferred) Job Summary : We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI services to create scalable and impactful business solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. - Develop and optimize AI applications using LLMs, NLP, and machine learning techniques. - Build AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations. - Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI applications. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions. - Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability. - Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices. - Participate in model deployment and MLOps activities. Required Skills : - Strong programming experience in Python. - Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. - Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms. - Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. - Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks. - Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search. - Understanding of REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). - Knowledge of MLOps concepts and CI/CD practices. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance domain. - Exposure to AI governance, model monitoring, and Responsible AI principles. - Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent AI/ML certification. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
