Senior Manager - Supply Planning & Inventory Controls - FMCG

About the Role: A fast-growing Omni channel brand in the FMCG sector, operating across D2C, e-commerce, retail, and distribution channels is looking for a Senior Manager - Supply Chain. This function will own demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and distribution planning across channels, balancing service levels, inventory health, and cost efficiency. Location: Gurugram Mode: Full time / on-site / 5.5 days Key Responsibilities: - Drive demand forecasting, S&OP, and supply-demand alignment - Manage production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilisation - Own inventory planning, safety stock, replenishment, and ageing - Drive DC-wise distribution and channel inventory planning - Identify and manage supply chain risks and contingencies - Build planning reports, dashboards, and analytics - Drive ERP and planning process improvements - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance Requirements: - 6 - 8 years of supply chain / planning experience with 3 - 4 years in a lead / managerial role - Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain degree; MBA / PGDM preferred - Strong FMCG / consumer goods experience - Experience across D2C, e-commerce, retail, and distribution - Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel - Strong knowledge of demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning, and distribution - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - High ownership and strong execution orientation
