Strategy Consultant - Energy Sector - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual

Key Responsibilities: - Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement across functions such as production, cost, finance, HR, and logistics. - Structure complex business problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations. - Support the Strategy Office in identifying, prioritising, and driving strategic initiatives. - Work closely with senior business stakeholders to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. - Track initiatives and support implementation to ensure agreed outcomes are delivered. Your Background: - 5+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 1 year in the Hydrocarbons or Chemicals sector. - Experience in Energy, Strategy, a CEO's Office, or consulting is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, client management, and communication skills. - Engineering degree or MBA from a Tier-1 institution. - Background in Chemical, Petroleum, Geology, or Geophysics would be preferred. - Ability to work across multiple business functions and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
