IT Managed Service Consultant (ITSM)

Highlights: Permanent job opportunity 5 days work week, normal office working hour Great remuneration & benefits Great career progression Location: Central Responsibilities: Understand customer business, technical, and operational requirements, and identify managed service opportunities.

Design managed service solutions, including service architecture, operating models, support structures, and service scope. Develop ITSM processes, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and governance models based on customer requirements.

Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirements, and prepare proposals, solution documents, cost estimates, and presentations. Work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Technical Teams, and Vendors to develop and deliver suitable solutions.

Support service transition, onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement. Partner with the Sales team to generate new opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell activities, and achieve revenue and sales targets.

Requirements

With 3 - 5 years of experience in Managed Services, IT Consulting, Presales, Service Delivery, or Solution Architecture. Experience working in an MSP, System Integrator, Telecommunications Provider, Cloud Provider, or Enterprise IT environment.

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management. Experience in customer-facing activities such as requirements gathering, workshops, proposal development, and presentations.

Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, ISO27001, Cloud certifications are advantageous. HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to
