Job Description
Responsibilities for Staff Nurse: Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' care needs. Administer nursing care in accordance with doctors' orders, hospital policies, and professional standards.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety practices. Foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment for patients. Mentor and support junior nurses to encourage professional development and teamwork.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
for Staff Nurse: Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. Able to work rotating 3-shift schedules.
