Job Description

Tuesday to Saturday Roster YOUR DAY-DAY As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores. • Guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with every customer. • Oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards. • Train and onboard new team members. • Ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all. ABOUT YOU • We’re seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter. • Previous retail management experience (2-3 years) – preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people with ease. • The ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. • An empathetic leader who takes pride in seeing their team succeed. • Career driven leader who is committed to professional development.
