What We Do This position will focus on business-rule-driven calculator solutions used within customer-facing and internal applications, including current and future applications that calculate fees, rates, premiums, estimates, settlement costs, pricing, disclosures, or other transaction-related information.
The Business Analyst supports the accuracy, reliability, maintenance, and continued enhancement of calculator functionality.
The role partners with product teams business operations, compliance, technology, quality assurance, and support teams to ensure calculator functionality meets business needs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
