The Opportunity We're looking for a Full Stack Software Developer Co-op to join our R&D team - and we'll be upfront about what that means. This is real experience, in the fullest sense.

No throwaway side project, no busywork to fill the term - from your first weeks you'll work on our actual product, as a real part of the team, shipping features that real customers depend on. Many of our co-ops go on to join us full-time after graduation.

You'll work mainly in a Java-based stack, and you'll quickly find that integration work is half code, half business reasoning - every feature exists because a real company needs its HR data to move without breaking. If you like building things that ship, and you tend to ask "what is this really for?"
