UX Designer

Reference: ITE007900-STU-2 A digital identity verification and compliance technology company is looking for an Intermediate to Senior UX Designer! Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: • Conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing. • Creating user journeys, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. • Designing intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms. • Analysing user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve usability. • Ensuring designs align with accessibility standards and design systems. • Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Job Experience and Skills Required: • A qualification in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. • 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally with exposure to leading projects or mentoring others. • A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process. • Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Tools you'll work with: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Maze, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
