Workday Change Analyst
Fixed-Term Contract | Sydney | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Change Analyst with a passion for helping people navigate transformation? We are seeking a change professional to support a major Workday implementation and broader HR transformation initiative.
This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative project team, supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across a diverse stakeholder group.
About the Role
As a Workday Change Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering change activities that support the successful implementation and adoption of Workday and associated HR process improvements. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams and business representatives, you will help drive engagement, communications, readiness and adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of change management plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
• Translate business impacts into practical communication, engagement and adoption activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement sessions and change activities.
• Develop communications, presentations, FAQs and stakeholder updates.
• Support training planning, coordination and readiness activities.
• Monitor change risks, issues and dependencies.
• Gather feedback and adoption insights to support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to project planning and delivery activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Experience supporting a Workday implementation or similar HR transformation program.
• Strong organisational change management experience across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively across business and project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, organised and delivery-focused approach.
Desirable Experience
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation programs.
• Knowledge of HR systems, processes and operating models.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or equivalent.
• Exposure to Agile, project delivery or transformation methodologies.
