Product Manager Experience: 5+ Years of Overall Experience Primary Skills: IT Product Management, Jira/Asana, AI Tools (Claude Code/ChatGPT/GitHub Copilot/etc.), Agile Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift (IST): Afternoon / Evening Overlap About The Role: We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong IT background who owns outcomes end to end. You will define, ship, and measure IT product capabilities in fast-cycle B2B SaaS and fintech environments. If you cannot point to a feature you shipped and the metric that moved, this role is not for you. What You Will Own: - Define and own the roadmap for IT product areas, sequenced against business and client outcomes - Write crisp PRDs, manage sprints in Jira or Asana, and drive features from kickoff to post-launch review - Ship AI-powered features in production using LLM APIs, agents, or co-pilot style integrations - Set success metrics before every launch and report on them after: activation, retention, revenue impact, or efficiency - Run customer discovery and translate technical insight into product decisions quickly - Partner with sales, GTM, and customer success to ensure shipped features drive adoption, not just deployments Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in IT product management with a strong technical foundation - Ability to read, review, and meaningfully engage with code, architecture decisions, and system design trade offs - Hands-on experience managing delivery in Jira or Asana: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release tracking - Shipped AI-powered features recently using Claude, GPT, or equivalent LLM tooling, not just experimented - Proven track record in B2B SaaS or fintech: fast release cycles, customer-facing products, real business metrics - Strong data literacy: defines metrics pre-launch, reads analytics, and knows a vanity metric when they see one Good To Have: - Fintech domain exposure: payments, lending, compliance, or financial data - Familiarity with agentic AI architectures or multi-model pipelines - Experience in IT services or consulting with client-facing delivery
