Overview We're seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer with solid full-stack fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to grow fast in a high-ownership environment.

What you'll be doing You'll join one of our cross-functional squads — working alongside a Product Manager, a Designer, Front-End, Back-End and QA Engineers — building the world's best Employer of Record platform.

We are a remote-first team spread across Asia and Europe, so you'll collaborate asynchronously and across time zones as a matter of course.

You'll participate in the full implementation cycle across both front-end and back-end, contribute to technical discussions, and be expected to take increasing ownership of your work as you grow.

AI tooling is a first-class part of how we work: you'll use it to accelerate your output and develop sharp judgment about when to trust it and when to push back.
