Job Description

Responsibilities • Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions. • Perform variance analysis and financial modeling to evaluate performance and risks. • Develop and automate KPI dashboards and financial reports using Power BI and Excel. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics. • Identify process improvements and implement automation to enhance FP&A efficiency. • Contribute to the shift toward driver-based planning and AI-powered forecasting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with operational goals. • Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations. • The role involves daily (or regular ) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field . • Strong inte nt to pursue a CPA designation. • P roficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling. • Experience with ERP systems, AI driven analytics and automation tool, and coding for analytics, is an asset. • St rong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Ability to create insightful reports from large datasets and create insightful reports. • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. • Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
