Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to internal teams and clients. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in system installation, configuration, and maintenance. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and support teams.
Maintain technical documentation and reports. Assist in testing and quality assurance activities. Respond to technical queries and resolve issues within SLA timelines. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, or C++. Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and databases. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with tools like MS Office, ticketing systems, or cloud platforms is a plus.
