We’re looking for electrical, mechanical, and architectural engineers eager to apply their education, strengthen real-world design skills, and grow in a collaborative, tech-forward environment.

Position Title: Engineer I Position Location: Remote - work virtually from anywhere in the United States JOB SUMMARY The Engineer I will have the opportunity to work with senior design staff to advance their design skills for commercial building design and construction.

They will learn, through hands-on application, how to design a wide variety of projects. This person will work as part of the Engineering Team and interact closely with the Project Management Team to produce construction documents, assist in project specifications and assist in the construction administration process.

Engineers in this role may choose to pursue a project management–focused career track, gain exposure across all three MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing/Fire Protection), or progress toward deeper specialization.

Specialization paths may include Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing/Fire Protection design, as well as advanced focus areas such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Power Systems Studies, Informatio
