In this vital role, you will lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG), including New Hire / Onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, advanced training, sales capability initiatives, and ongoing learning aligned with the business priorities.
You will enable high-quality, compliant customer engagement across neuroimmunology and neuromuscular care settings. This position is a U. S. -based, remote field training leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Learning and Performance.
