Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define the next generation of Runpod’s product experience.

This role is for a designer with exceptional craft, strong product judgment, deep user empathy, and the ability to turn complex technical workflows into experiences that feel simple, powerful, and delightful. This is not a passive design role.

We are looking for someone who moves with urgency, pushes for clarity, drives decisions, and raises the bar without waiting to be told what to do.

You should (be comfortable taking ambiguous problems, shaping them into a clear product experience, and partnering with Engineering and Product to get high-quality experiences shipped quickly. You will own the design quality of core product surfaces across Runpod’s AI infrastructure platform.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and company leadership to create user experiences that are not just functional, but memorable.

Success in this role means raising the bar for how Runpod feels to use: clearer workflows, faster time-to-value, stronger customer trust, better product polish, and moments that surprise and delight developers.
