Functional Consultant - Supply Chain - Boutique Advisory Firm

About the Role: Hiring for a boutique advisory firm that helps promoter-led and family-run businesses solve complex operating problems with simple, execution-ready solutions. We work hands-on with clients across sectors like pharma, automobiles, metals, energy, apparel, electricals, and infrastructurehelping them scale with structure, speed, and stability. As part of our work, we've also built Oritiq, a decision-support platform for end-to-end manufacturing supply chains, spanning planning, operations, execution, and performance improvement. We're hiring Functional Consultants to work on end-to-end supply chain planning engagements with our clientsfrom demand and supply planning to process design, ERP-enabled execution, and performance improvement. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to people who enjoy solving real operational problems on the ground. Profiles We Are Open To: - Track 1: MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM/equivalent top-10 B-school) with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning functions at a product-based company and working exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). - Track 2: Graduate/postgraduate with 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end planning for a complete product category (demand planning, S&OP, supply planning) and working exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). What You'll Do: - Work directly with client teams to map current-state planning and supply chain processes. - Design and implement improved planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, inventory). - Support ERP/platform-enabled execution and adoption on client engagements. - Analyze data to identify root causes of planning and execution gaps, and recommend fixes. - Build structured recommendations and support their execution. What We're Looking For: - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability. - Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, including shopfloor/plant teams. - Ownership mindsetwilling to be hands-on and execution-focused. - Prior exposure to ERP-driven planning processes (SAP/Oracle/similar).
