About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will help organize and advance priorities across multiple companies, teams, and new ventures. This is a broad executive operations role, not a position limited to calendar and inbox management.
You will coordinate people, projects, hiring initiatives, research, and follow-ups while stepping into operational gaps when something needs immediate attention. You will have significant autonomy, direct access to decision-making, and the opportunity to become a trusted partner to the CEO.
This is a full-time remote position working Monday through Friday during U. S. business hours. Priorities may shift quickly, so success requires strong judgment, calm execution, and the ability to turn loosely defined requests into clear next steps.
Responsibilities
Turn the CEO’s priorities into clear action plans, owners, deadlines, and follow-up steps across multiple businesses. Keep important projects moving by identifying blockers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring commitments are completed.
Build and maintain reliable systems for tracking projects, decisions, deadlines, open questions, and executive follow-ups. Move hiring priorities forward by coordinating job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
Translate ideas and verbal requests into organized briefs, documents, workflows, and assignments that teams can execute. Create alignment between the CEO and teams across operations, finance, marketing, sales, recruiting, e-commerce, and other functi
