Lead UX/UI Designer (all genders)

As Lead UX/UI Designer at JustPlay, you’ll shape the design vision and elevate our product design function. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on a platform used by millions - with a focus on content discovery, player motivation, and engagement design .

You’ll bring proven expertise in gamification , with a demonstrated ability to create experiences that inspire players and drive retention . You’ll drive business impact through design , ensuring every player interaction contributes to JustPlay’s growth and mission.

You’ll also help unlock operational efficiency by integrating AI tools and workflows across the digital product development lifecycle, helping teams move faster and smarter. As a leader, you’ll coach, mentor, and grow designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and learning.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver both bold long-term ideas and immediate, high-impact improvements.

Job requirements 5+ years’ experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally within entertainment or gaming Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement Expert proficiency in Figma Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
