Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst Department: Finance Location: Uxbridge Fulltime onsite - 6 month FTC We’re looking for a motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and build a strong foundation in commercial finance within a fast‑paced business environment. What You’ll Do • Support weekly and monthly financial reporting , including P&L analysis and commentary • Analyse performance against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year • Build and maintain financial reports, trackers and analysis in Excel • Support cost control, overhead reviews and variance analysis • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes • Prepare presentations and reporting packs for management reviews What You’ll Bring • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related discipline • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Good understanding of P&L, costs and management accounting principles • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Desirable: • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar reporting tools Our Story Pilgrim’s Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
