Job Description

Position Overview As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives for the independent automotive network. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, customer communications, promotional activities, events, sponsorship initiatives, and e-Shop programs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, sales teams, and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective marketing execution and communication. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Marketing Support • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals, and deliverables. • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule. • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, promotional tools, and sales support resources. • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. • Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across marketing initiatives. Customer Communication & Marketing Automation • Manage customer communications using platforms such as Listrak. • Build, schedule, test, and deploy customer email communications. • Execute communications related to promotions, customer programs, events, operational updates, and marketing campaigns. • Maintain communication calendars and audience segmentation strategies. • Ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate brand standards. • Monitor communication performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement. • Provide recommendations to improve communication effectiveness and customer engagement. Corporate Customer Communications • Coordinate and distribute corporate communications to customers and network members. • Support communications related to: • Pricing updates • Operational announcements • Program updates • Product launches • Customer-facing initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure communications are timely and accurate. Event & Sponsorship Coordination • Support the planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, sponsorships, and marketing activations. • Coordinate logistics including venue requirements, registrations, materials, giveaways, and vendor communications. • Assist with event timelines and project tracking. Support onsite event execution when required. • Track attendance, engagement, and event performance metrics. • Coordinate post-event follow-up communications and reporting. Promotional e-Shop Administration • Maintain and update promotional e-Shop platforms and product catalogues. • Coordinate promotional merchandise programs and product launches. • Work with vendors and suppliers to manage product availability and fulfillment. • Process requests and support inquiries related to promotional products. • Monitor inventory levels, product performance, and user feedback. • Recommend improvements to the customer experience and operational efficiency of e-Shop programs. Marketing Operations & Administrative Support • Maintain project documentation, communication schedules, and marketing calendars. • Coordinate approvals, vendor requests, and marketing deliverables. • Support reporting and data collection for marketing initiatives. • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide administrative support for departmental marketing activities as required. You use data to guide decision-making and improve program performance over time. • Tech-Savvy & Digital Expertise : You are comfortable using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, including PowerBI, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. • Excellent Communication Skills : You have a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages, both written and oral, and are comfortable interacting with diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to car dealers and external partners. Profile Sought • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience  in marketing, project management, or a similar role • Proven experience in  project management  (planning, coordination, follow-up) • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field • Bilingualism an asset ( English and French , both spoken and written) • Experience in  client/account management • Demonstrated ability to  manage multiple projects  simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong  organization and prioritization  skills • Excellent  communication and collaboration  skills • Ability to work with  diverse stakeholders  (internal and external) • Autonomy, attention to detail and proactivity • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of Power BI • Knowledge of Google Analytics Assets That Set You Apart • Training or certification in project management (PMP, Agil, etc.) • Agency experience (advertising, marketing, media) • Knowledge of the automotive or B2B sector Why Join Us?
