Job Description

We believe the major bottleneck is correctness, and it’s shifting from human code review to continuous, production-grounded validation at every stage of software delivery. Bits Release is an early-stage product that carries every change through the release lifecycle: it reviews the code, validates the change before merge, follows the rollout through staging and production, detects regressions, simulates and proposes fixes, and converts what it catches into permanent safeguards. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What you'll do: Own the vision, narrative, and roadmap for Bits Release end to end, from pre-merge to continuous production validation. Partner with customers, internal software engineers and design on a developer experience that earns developers' trust and gets out of the way once it's earned. Own the evals, reliability targets, and KPIs that pr
