Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our Group Creative team and work across our brand portfolio. This will be based in London. Reporting to the Group Creative Lead, you’ll work across a broad range of projects, from social content and digital campaigns to menus, packaging, print, signage and in-venue creative. This is a great opportunity for a designer early in their career who wants to get stuck into real work, real brands and a wide range of creative challenges. You’ll learn how a multi-brand creative team works, develop your understanding of brand and design, and gradually take on more responsibility as your experiences grows. We’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals, curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make great work. What you’ll be doing: Creative & design • Support the creative team across day-to-day design projects • Create social media assets, CRM and digital content • Design and adapt campaign materials across different formats • Work on print, digital, signage and in-venue collateral • Support the development of creative concepts and presentations • Help adapt existing brand assets while maintaining consistency • Contribute ideas and visual references to creative conversations Production & delivery • Prepare artwork for print and digital production • Make amends and adaptations across multiple formats • Support image sourcing, retouching and basic art direction • Help organise and maintain brand assets and creative files What we’re looking for • Around 1–2 years’ experience in a design role, studio, agency or freelance environment, although exceptional graduates and emerging designers are encouraged to apply • A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals • A good eye for typography, layout, composition and image • A genuine interest in branding and visual identity • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • An understanding of digital and social design • Some experience with print and artwork preparation • Strong attention to detail • Good organisation and time management • A willingness to learn and take direction • Confidence asking questions and getting stuck in • Curiosity about design, culture, food, hospitality and the world around you You don't need to tick every box. If you have a strong eye, a good portfolio and the curiosity to learn, we want to hear from you. The kind of person you are • You’re early in your career but already know that design is about more than making something look nice. • You’re curious about why something works, not just how to make it. • You notice good design in the world around you, a restaurant menu, a campaign, a piece of packaging, a shopfront, a typeface and want to understand how it was made. • You’re happy getting stuck into the detail, but you're also keen to develop your ideas and creative confidence. • You take feedback positively and see it as part of making the work better. • You’re organised, proactive and reliable, but you also bring energy, enthusiasm and personality to the team. Above all, you're excited to learn, make things and get better. How to apply Please send us your CV and portfolio, along with a short note telling us a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for the role. We care about potential as much as experience, so if you’re early in your career and don’t tick every box, we’d still love to see your work.
