Key Responsibilities
•
Plan, design, and customize end-to-end travel itineraries with accurate costing and value-added recommendations.
•
Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand preferences, travel goals, and budget constraints.
•
Coordinate bookings across multiple vendors including hotels, airlines, ground transport, tours, and activities using GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
•
Prepare and manage travel documentation including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, travel itineraries, visas, insurance, and health/safety compliance documents.
•
Provide pre-trip support including client meet-and-greet coordination, airport assistance, and real-time travel updates.
•
Monitor travel alerts, visa regulations, and destination-specific entry requirements to ensure compliance and client safety.
•
Manage post-trip follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution for continuous service improvement.
•
Handle billing, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and expense tracking using CRM and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
•
Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and emerging travel products to proactively suggest enhancements to clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in travel operations, tour coordination, or customer-facing travel advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of global GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) and online booking tools (e.g., TourCMS, Rezdy).
• Excellent command of English (written & spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with travel insurance, visa processing, and international travel regulations.
