Senior Product Manager - Digital Commerce

Job Title: Sr. Product Manager Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bengaluru Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital order management products. The role involves collaborating with business and engineering teams to build scalable, cloud-based solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Business, Operations, and Analytics. - Prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs. - Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. - Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and reporting. - Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Product Management experience in Digital Commerce, E-commerce, Marketplace, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Fulfilment. - Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems. - Experience working with Agile teams and cloud-based products. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
