Product Manager - Digital Broking Platform Experience: 6+ Years Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets / Fintech Role Overview Looking for an experienced Product Manager - Digital Broking Platform to own and enhance the end-to-end digital broking experience across mobile and web platforms. Key Responsibilities - Own digital broking products including Mobile Trading App, Web Trading Platform, Client Onboarding, Trading & Investment Journeys, Portfolio/Holdings, Funds & Margins, Reports, Research and Alerts. - Understand and build journeys for different customer cohorts - first-time investors, active/F&O traders, long-term investors and HNI clients. - Build capabilities for partners/distributors to acquire and service clients, generate leads, cross-sell products and improve engagement & retention. - Drive product discovery, competitor benchmarking and product analytics. - Own product lifecycle from requirement and development to launch, adoption and optimisation. - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, retention and revenue. - Work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams. Key Skills - 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Management / Digital Products. - Strong understanding of online broking, trading platforms and capital markets. - Experience with mobile/web trading or investment platforms. - Strong commercial understanding with knowledge of customer acquisition and retention. - Understanding of partner/distributor business models. - Strong product analytics, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
