Job Description
Period: 5 months Salary: $3000- $3400 Location: Fusionopolis Working hour: Mon-Fri 830am - 6pm Responsible for event planning, organization and logistical arrangements, including preparation, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
Responsible for consortium’s marketing activities such as event promotion, managing participant communications, preparing event materials (EDM, Banners etc.) Support consortium’s publicity efforts, develop and manage content for website and social media channels etc.
Other ad-hoc duties to support the consortium initiatives.
