Staff Product Designer - Analytics

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, insightful, and actionable experiences within Weave’s Analytics product.

This role will shape how customers understand and act on their business data, bringing strong product thinking, systems-level UX, and customer-centred design to complex analytics workflows.

The Staff Product Designer will contribute across the full product lifecycle from problem discovery, research, and strategy through ideation, execution, and iteration while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

This role will help establish a cohesive, scalable experience across Analytics, influence product direction, and raise the bar for design quality across the broader platform.

• Reports to the Product Design Manager . What You Will Own The role's duties and responsibilities. Lead end-to-end design for Analytics, translating sophisticated data, reporting, and business workflows into intuitive, actionable experiences across dashboards, reports, and core product surfaces.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, uncover opportunities, and translate complex customer and business needs into clear experiences that drive meaningful outcomes. Influence Analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap by bri
