About the role: We're looking for a Senior Manager Brand Marketing who can make India fall in love with our brands all over again one bold campaign at a time. What you'll own: - Build breakthrough 360 campaigns across TV, Digital, OOH, Influencers & more. - Shape the brand story for Shaadi.com, taking premium matchmaking to a whole new level. - Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE, engagement & customer acquisition. - Create campaigns that don't just get noticed they move business. - Partner with Creative, Media, Product, Digital, Sales & Growth teams. - Deep-dive into segment-level campaign performance and consumer insights. - Pitch big ideas, run pilots, test fast and learn faster. What we're looking for: - 4-8 years of Brand Marketing experience Consumer Tech / Internet / Premium Consumer Brands preferred. - Proven experience owning 360 integrated campaigns. - Strong Creative + Media Agency management experience. - A sharp combination of creative instinct + data-driven thinking. - Storytelling skills that can turn consumer insights into culture-worthy campaigns. - Someone who can think mass brand + premium brand at the same time.
