About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver civil design and drafting services across delegated projects, supporting timely, compliant submissions and strong project outcomes. • Civil design and drafting across a range of projects • Producing high-quality plans, documentation and design deliverables • Detailed calculations and preparation of documentation for clients and authorities • Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders • Using 12D Model and AutoCAD to deliver quality design outcomes • Supporting junior designers and contributing to a collaborative design team Skills and Experience To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: • Civil design and drafting across a range of projects • Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12d Model (plus MS Office) • Sound knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and design practices • Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities • High attention to detail and confident stakeholder communication What’s on Offer • Townsville-based role with a stable, reputable business • Varied project exposure across urban and regional environments • Supportive team culture with clear expectations and guidance • Ongoing learning, with development encouraged and supported • Only applicants with work rights in Australia will be eligible.
