FamilyWell provides comprehensive virtual mental health services designed specifically for integration into OB/Gyn and Family Medicine practices utilizing the psychiatric collaborative care model.
FamilyWell’s virtual care team model delivers evidence-based coaching, therapy, care coordination, and psychiatric services with specialized expertise in perinatal mental health and perimenopause/menopause. For more information: .
Role: Location : Remote Department: Care Operations Job type: Part-time, 10-30 hours per week as a 1099/contractor Compensation: $80 per 60-minute session (inclusive of intake and follow-up) plus 2-hour allotment per month for administrative compensation Patient Care & Support Responsibilities: Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning. Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed.
Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.
