We partner with local, national, and international brands, specialising in strategic, results-driven solutions. From full-scale branding and e-commerce marketing schedules to high-performing Google & Meta campaigns, custom website development, and video production, we create work that drives meaningful business growth. The Role We are on the hunt for a versatile Mid-Senior Graphic Designer (3+ years working experience) to join our fast-paced team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will take ownership of projects from compelling initial concepts right through to technically flawless finished art. You will be a key player in driving the agency’s mission to deliver top-tier, strategy-driven design. What You’ll Be Doing:Designing comprehensive digital & print advertising, including large format display and signage.Spearheading campaign creation and marketing schedules, with a strong focus on our e-commerce clients.Crafting engaging social media content and optimising conversion-driven assets for Meta & Google Ads.Developing beautiful, strategic brand identities from scratch, including typography and colour palettes.Collaborating on website UI/UX design projects.Liaising directly with clients to take briefs, reverse-brief when required, and confidently pitch your design direction. About You:Experienced: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or similar) and have proven industry experience working across a wide variety of mediums.A Technical Pro: You have high-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite. (Experience with Figma, Klaviyo, and Adobe Express is highly advantageous).Forward-Thinking: You are proactive in exploring and integrating new technologies and AI tools to streamline workflows and elevate design outcomes.Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous eye for layout, typography, consistency, and grammar.A Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with the internal team and manage high client expectations.Proactive: You can prioritise and organise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
