Title: Senior Technical Program ManagerLocation: 1 Washington Park, Newark, NJ 07102 Duties: Lead role in managing the delivery of software projects spanning teams Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus ten (10) years of experience as a Technical Project Lead, Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) years of above described experience.
Experience may be gained concurrently and must include five (5) years in each of the following: - At least one of the following: J2EE, MVC, Web Services - Programming in Java or C# - Managing cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, Infosec, or Engineering - Project management or resource management using Agile or Scaled Agile disciplines - Applying understanding of software system design approaches by flagging risks and technical questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs - Working directly with engineering teams to deliver software solutions for customers - Managing advanced cross functional technology projects - Optimizing cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery.
