Manager - Marketing - Building Material

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead User Marketing & Influencer Marketing initiatives for specific business categories. The role will own end-to-end influencer marketing programs, user social media platforms, content creation, digital amplification, and MarTech-based dissemination of user-focused marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies - Identify, onboard and manage influencers/creators - Manage user-focused social media handles and content calendars - Create engaging short-form video and static content - Drive content amplification and performance tracking - Leverage MarTech platforms for user engagement and communication - Collaborate with agencies, content creators, category and sales teams - Use innovative approaches as platforms algorithms evolve Ideal Candidate: - 8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, social media marketing. - Strong understanding of content creation, creator partnerships, and digital growth. - Data-driven experience of tracking campaign performance and ROI. - Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills. - MBA Graduate (Preferred).
