Head - Product Management

Organization : A SaaS based product company Job Requirements : - 10 - 16 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 - 4 years in a role leading or mentoring a team of Product Managers/Business Analysts in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment. - Strong domain expertise in Distribution Management (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), or related CPG/FMCG/Retail-tech products. - Proven track record of owning a product roadmap and driving it from vision through to measurable business outcomes (adoption, retention, revenue). - Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap, GTM, executive stakeholder management) and tactical (backlog grooming, UAT sign-off) levels. - Strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience, with the ability to set delivery cadence and quality standards across multiple product lines. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging CXOs and enterprise clients directly. - Data-driven mindset - comfortable defining and tracking product KPIs/OKRs and using them to guide prioritization. - Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the gravitas to represent Product in front of Leadership, Board, and key clients.
