Azure Support Analyst

Role: Azure Support Analyst Employment: Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/Week Job Description We are seeking a Full Time Azure Support Analyst with strong Azure data platform and production support experience to troubleshoot data pipelines, Databricks workloads, and cloud data environments Key Responsibilities • Support and troubleshoot Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL • Troubleshoot Databricks notebooks, PySpark/Spark SQL, and Delta Lake issues • Monitor and resolve ETL/ELT pipeline failures • Troubleshoot cluster issues, performance bottlenecks, and data processing problems • Support data ingestion patterns and data warehousing solutions • Monitor Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks logs • Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to resolve production issues • Use Azure DevOps and Git for version control and CI/CD activities • Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis • Support continuous improvement and operational stability Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, and Azure SQL • Hands-on Databricks notebooks, PySpark/Spark SQL, and Delta Lake experience • Understanding of ETL/ELT and data ingestion concepts • Experience troubleshooting data pipelines and Databricks clusters • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks monitoring
